Howdy! Glad to see you found us. It has been about 6 months since you’ve been subjected to one of my rants. I hope you have been to our new store and location. It has just about 3X the retail space as our old location. T-Bone and I have been slaving away trying to get it filled up. If you’re a used gun kind of guy you better come sooner than later. We have more used guns than ever before. We just got in a few cool old Winchester lever guns in too. If .25-20 is your caliber of choice in a lever gun, make us your first stop!
As you well know a lot of ammo is still hard to get. Pistol ammo for practice and plinking is still hard to get regularly. Seems like it comes in waves. .22LR is still virtually impossible to get. Big Box stores are usually the first (and Only) to get it. I don’t see any change on the horizon either. We did manage to snag some 22-250 and 243 with delivery expected next week. NEVER would have dreamed that either of them would be in a shortage.
Winter has been wearing on me. I’ve grown my winter hair-coat ok but the wind and cold sure took the fun out of most of our January days. The kids and I made it out shooting a couple of Sundays ago but it’s sure not as relaxing as blazing away in a short sleeve shirt. It does save on the ammo pile though!!
